ScenarioWorX is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We wish to be transparent on how we process your data and show you that we are accountable with the GDPR in relation to not only processing your data but ensuring you understand your rights as a client.

Who are we?

ScenarioWorX is an adaptive Learning Experience Platform (LXP) which offers organisations & their employees the opportunity to experience the content in real-life context not in the risky environment of the meeting room, but instead in the comfort of their own space at their desk. They engage with & experience personalised, bite-sized, gamified scenarios that leads to strong neural pathways so that when opportunities present themselves in their roles they are confident to take action and implement new and developing skills.

Who we are sharing your data with

We may pass your personal data on to third party service providers contracted to ScenarioWorX in the course of dealing with you in order to provide our services to you. Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfil the service they provide on your behalf. These third party service providers such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processers, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information and you may read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled.

Payments

If you make a purchase on our site, we use third party payment processor Stripe. Payments are encrypted through the payment card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction or for the purpose of maintaining a recurring payment.
